I am an Assistant Professor of Geography at Georgia Southern University in the Department of Geology and Geography. In 2015-2016, I was an Assistant Professor of Geography in Geographic Science Program at James Madison University.
I received my Master in Ecology and Ph.D. in Geography from Miami University. I have a wide range of always-evolving interests. In general, my research interests lie in the geospatial analyses of land use/land cover change, geospatial visualization, landscape ecology, urban and regional planning. I use Geographic Information Systems (GIS), remote sensing, and statistical tools to study human-environment interactions.
In my spare time, I like to travel around the world. My favorite sport is badminton.
